If you need to return an item for any reason please contact us first. This will give us the opportunity to address the specific problem that you’ve had and give you the return address.
Please note that we will require proof of purchase for all returns, and in some circumstances we might ask for a photo of the item to accurately assess the problem. The cost of returning the item is the customers responsibility, we do not refund return shipping.
